Fixit Lever ETPL-263
The levers can be fixed to the spindle in the center of which a vulcanite roller having 3 pin set at 90 on the central spindle. On one of these pins lever fits. Sliding through the frame is a rod carrying a spring that can be caused to bear against the roller its turning while other adjustments are made.
